"Nebraska Supreme Court says electrocution unconstitutional as cruel and unusual punishment"

Apparantly one prisoner was set on fire by the electric chair when an artificial sponge was used instead of a natural sea sponge. Lethal injection seems to also be up on the chopping block. Its combination of 3 injections is sometimes misadministered leaving the recipient paralyzed but feeling the supposedly excrutiating killing drug. Perhaps the state needs an outside consultant.

"Dr. Death" Jack Kevorkian was just released from prison for his assisted suicide "crimes". I think he probably isn't busy right now.
